The money has been deducted from my account, but I haven’t received my ticket.

It’s possible that you didn’t complete the payment process, and the charge you see is a bank hold. This means the money is still in your account, but temporarily held by the bank. This process usually takes between 3 and 4 days to be released by the bank.

If the charge has been completed, and you haven’t received your ticket after a few minutes, please contact us at soporte@fourvenues.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
