If you've already purchased your ticket and forgot to add an extra (such as drinks, welcome drinks, merchandise, or VIP services), you may still be able to purchase it later, provided the venue allows it.
Important: Not all organizers allow add-ons to be purchased separately. If this option is not enabled by the venue, these extras can only be purchased at the time of buying the main ticket and will not be available afterwards.
If the organizer allows add-ons to be purchased later, you can do so through any of the following methods:
1. Through the self-service website:

To access it, you will need to enter:
The event date.
Your ticket code (booking reference).
Once inside, you'll be able to select and purchase any available add-ons.
2. From your ticket PDF
Open the PDF ticket you received by email. If the venue has enabled this feature, you'll find a section called "Add-ons" where you can purchase additional services for your event.
3. From your confirmation email
The confirmation email you received after your purchase may also include a direct link to manage your booking and purchase any available add-ons before the event.
