If you purchased your ticket via card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, you can recover it using the following link: https://www.fourvenues.com/es/retrieve

You will need the card used for the purchase, as well as the exact date and amount (total amount, including service fees).

If you used a different payment methodand you still cannot retrieve your ticket, please email soporte@fourvenues.com with the following information:

Venue name

Event and date

Full name

Email used for the purchase

Last four digits of the card
