How can I retrieve my ticket?

If you can't find the confirmation email with your tickets, you have several ways to retrieve them quickly.

Please note: When your purchase is completed, the tickets are automatically sent to the email address of each attendee provided during checkout. In addition, the purchaser can always access them from the "My Wallet" section on the official Fourvenues website where the purchase was made.

1. If you paid by card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay:

You can retrieve your tickets yourself using the following official link:

https://web.fourvenues.com/en/retrieve

To complete the form, make sure you have the following information:

The exact amount charged (including booking fees).

The details of the bank card used for the payment.

Important if you used Apple Pay: When completing the form, make sure you enter the last 4 digits of your Apple Pay virtual card (the one displayed in your device's Wallet), not the physical card, as the card identifier changes for security reasons.

2. If you used another payment method or still can't retrieve your tickets:

The automatic retrieval page only works for direct card payments. If you paid using another payment method or still can't find your tickets, please email our support team at support@fourvenues.com with the following information so we can locate them manually:

  • Venue or nightclub name.
  • Event name and date.
  • Purchaser's full name.
  • The email address you believe was used for the purchase.
  • Total amount paid, as well as the exact date and time of the purchase.
  • Order number.

Once we receive your email with all the required information, we'll locate your tickets in our system and resend them to you as soon as possible.
