How can I recover the QR code for my reservation?

If you paid using a card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, you can retrieve the QR code for your reservation using the following link: https://www.fourvenues.com/en/retrieve.

You will need the card used for the purchase, as well as the exact date and amount (total amount, including service fees).

If you used another payment methodor still cannot retrieve it, please email support@fourvenues.com including the following information:

Venue name
Event and date
Full name
Email used for the purchase
Last four digits of the card
