Important note: The use of the Cashless system and Wallet depends exclusively on whether the event organizer has activated it for that specific event. Make sure to check the event conditions before attending.
Different ways to access your Wallet:
Depending on how you obtained your event access, your digital wallet can be linked in three different ways:
Digital PDF ticket: Your wallet will be directly linked to the QR code on the online ticket you purchased.
WhatsApp link: If your access was generated using your phone number, you will receive a WhatsApp message with a direct link to access your wallet.
Printed document: If you receive your wallet in printed format, you will find a QR code printed on the document. Simply scan it with your phone's camera to access your wallet directly, where you can check and manage your balance. The document may also include a link to access your wallet directly from your browser.
Remember: Regardless of the format you have (PDF ticket, WhatsApp link, or printed document), all top-up management and refund requests are carried out through exactly the same general Wallet link.
