How can I check my purchases?

You can easily view and access all your active tickets. To see them, simply go to the official website of the venue where you made the purchase and access the "My Wallet" section

From this private section, you can view your QR codes, download your ticket PDFs, or check the details of your upcoming events.

 Important note about past events: For security, privacy, and system optimization reasons, tickets for events that have already taken place cannot be viewed or stored in this section. Once the event date has passed, the tickets will automatically disappear from your digital wallet.
