How can I request an invoice for my purchase?
If you need an official invoice for your ticket or reservation, please note that the legal obligation to issue and provide the invoice lies exclusively with the venue or event organizer.
We would like to clarify that Fourvenues acts solely as the technical support and management software provider, and we do not issue invoices to end customers. The event organizer is responsible for including both the ticket price and the booking fees on your invoice, as the total amount of the sale is received directly by them and recorded as income in their accounting records.
How can you get your invoice?
We recommend contacting the event organizers directly through their official social media channels (such as their Instagram profile) or their customer service email, if available. They will request your billing details and issue and send you the corresponding document.
