How long will it take for my ticket refund to be processed?
Once you receive our official email confirming that your ticket refund has been approved, your request will be processed internally within a maximum of 48 business hours.
From that moment, the payment order is sent to the banking payment gateways. Please note that, depending solely on the processing times of each financial institution, banks may take 3 to 5 business days for the refund to be credited and appear in your bank account or on your card.
Has more than a week passed and you still haven’t received your money? If a full week has passed since you received our confirmation email and the amount still does not appear in your bank transactions, please contact our team directly at support@fourvenues.com. We will be happy to review your case and provide you with the refund receipt so that you can contact your bank if necessary.
