If a price tier is sold out, will more tickets be released?

Modified on Wed, 19 Aug at 10:09 AM

When a price tier is shown as "Sold Out", it means that the maximum number of tickets allocated to that specific price has been reached by the organizers.

Key points to keep in mind:

  • New price tiers: In general, when a price tier sells out, the system automatically activates the next available tier (usually at a slightly higher price), allowing you to continue purchasing tickets.

Event sold out: If all ticket tiers for the event are sold out or the event displays a "Sold Out" message, it means that the maximum legal capacity allowed for the venue has been reached.

The decision lies with the venue: The decision to release a small additional allocation at the last minute or to open a physical box office on the day of the event depends solely on the venue's organizers.

Our advice: Since we do not control the venue capacity or the release of additional tickets, we recommend checking the venue's official social media channels (such as Instagram), as this is where promoters announce any last-minute ticket releases.
