How can I use a discount code when making my purchase?

• Step 1: Select your tickets. Go to the event's ticket sales page, choose the type of ticket you want to purchase and select the quantity of tickets you need. Once you've done this, click the continue button.
• Step 2: Enter your details. Fill in the form with your personal details (first name, last name and email address where you will receive your tickets).
• Step 3: Find the "Summary" section: On the right-hand side of the screen (or at the bottom if you're purchasing from a mobile device), you'll see a breakdown of your ticket price and booking fees. Just below the subtotal, you'll see the question "Do you have a discount code?" with a small downward arrow. Click on this text.
• Step 4: Enter your code: A blank field will appear where you can enter your promotional code. Make sure you enter it exactly as provided, without any spaces before or after the code.
• Step 5: Check the discount: Once applied, the Total amount will automatically update to reflect the discount. You can then click the blue "Start payment process" button to safely complete your purchase.

 Is your code not working? If the system shows an error when you enter it, make sure there are no spaces before or after the code. If it still doesn't work, we recommend contacting the organizers or the promoter who provided you with the code directly through their social media channels, as they control the validity, expiration dates and terms of the promotions.
