I have received the refund for the ticket but not for the service fees. Why?

The amount associated with the handling fees corresponds to a service that has been provided: online purchasing platform, QR code generator, ticket delivery, customer support, etc.


It is up to the event organizers to decide whether to refund these fees, unless the event is canceled, in which case a full refund should be issued.


If you have not received a refund for the handling fees, we recommend contacting the event organizers directly for further clarification.


As the management software, we are not authorized to process refunds for these fees.
